Darls, what's up? Heee, sihat tak u all? Alhamdulillah, me sihat sangat. Tapi kan u all, tak tau la nape..lately ni..me selalu aje lapo tau. Maybe me nak makin membesar kot, kan? Ngeee :P

Hm, tonite malas nak mengarang... so me nak share ngan u all on the SM/SSM award last Feb. Ouch, by the way, this event meant for businesswoman/man untuk bahagian Central and Selatan. Untuk Pantai Timur belom buat lagi. and I am waiting dngan tak sabarnya majlis for us di pantai timur ni. *hati, sile sabar ye* Oh, verangan.. mau pakai dress camane ye nanti.. heee :)

This SM/SSM award is to celebrate and appreciate all the hard work of all the Sales Manager who managed to do sales of RM20,000 while for Senior Sales Manager with the sales of RM60,000. Em, me malas nk taip panjang lebar le..korang enjoy la ek this short video on the event and sile sile la usha pics my team members yang berjaya naik pentas atas kejayaan dalam biznes nya. :)

Woot woot. Direct to subject matter..Personal touch? What's that? Like touch-up make-up ke? Or final touch any assignment? Oh no no no. None of them okeee :P

Korang mesti wonder and curious kan..ape la yg cik Kakchik ni dok PT PT sokmo kt FB die..kan kan? Bahek korang ngaku..alaaa mesti ade nih korang tertanya tanya..cuma korang je kan tanak tanya me kan? *Nak jugak suh korang ngaku. Heee*

PT means personal touch. Haa, time ni la me akan jumpa my mentor in my biz..and mase ni la me akan sharing sharing story..yelah kan..my biz ni teamwork-based biz..so memang sopmo melekat ngan leader.. bukanla melekat cam glue tuh.. tapi close..close to mentor..

Close tak semestinya jumpa everyday..tapi we get connected thru FB..chat..sms..close at heart. :) Thanks leader. And just like tonight, me had PT session with my mentor..K.Na..temkiu leader belanja me makan tadi. *laju je k.na pi bayar.isk3* Jom jom tgk gmbar ktorg td..

Best sgt ada leader yg actually kawan kite. sbb bila berbicara..terus sampai ke hati. sampai!

Training in KL~

What's up guys? Sihatkah anda sume? Hm, me alhamdulillah, sihat walafiat. Plannye nak ke Kuantan arini tapi upenye kat Paka ni ade agenda lagi penting.. Apa dia agendanya? Opss, nantilah me cite. :P

Ni nak cite percutian me di KL. keh keh keh. Not percutian lah, tapi attending training dgn lebih tepatnye. Tapi biasa biasa, for me, as long as dah out of office, terus terangkat darjatnya jadi percutian. *Oh mindset ku! Patot la bile pegi training susah sgt nk concentrate..susah sgt nk paham..sbb niat tu dah lain. Astaghfirullah-al azim!*

Ehe, so bile me sebut percutian, memang btol2 percutian lah. Cuma takde la to the extent having an itinerary during my holiday. Hahaha. Hm, mula meninggalkan opis pada hari Ahad 3.45pm dan terkocoh2 balik ke rumah sewa..mandi..solat..kemas brg yg saki baki..siap2 n tgu pacik taxi..

Krengg krengg..krengg kreng..Oh, pacik taxi tepon..Maka bermulalah pengembaraanku meninggalkan bumi Kerteh dan bumi Optimal. *Bye bye!*..1jam lebih2 sket kemudian..ohh suda sampai di Airport Kuantan.. Hm boleh tahan jugak pacik ni tekan minyak. Hee

Curik masa untuk PT my biz partner~ :)

Bosan juge tunggu sorang2 kat epot ni. Tu psal my biz partner datang temankan me jap. Boleh la me curik masa untuk Personal Touchkan her. Alhamdulillah. Masa yang ada diisi dgn sebaik mungkin. Tapi pastu kene tinggal juge sbb K.salad da nk blk Dungun. :(

Dipendekkan cerita, me pon naik itu punye belon, me pon smpai di KL. Hoho. Laju! Diextra-pendekkan cite lagi, dah pon masuk first day training. Hee, me training skali ngn my BFF, Mun.

Ktorg kat lam kelas tak dapek nak concentrate sgt ler. Sbb cigunye terlalu tinggi ilmunya. Tak terfolo dan tercapai dek akal kami. Sudahnya kami pon menjalankan kerja2 kami, iaitu, menlistkan candidates yang bakal menjadi mangsa kami melepaskan tensi2 kerja kami. Hee, tak sbar!

Haa petang pas kelas plak pegi berTutti Frutti plak.heee.cedap!! My first time try Tutti Frutti oke! So, opkos la sgt excited. keh3.

Ops, before that ade masuk tengok2 tudung dalam Ampang Park Mall. Hm, tak banyak choices. And seme pattern and style sama je sepanjang2 deret2 kedai tuh. Isk2. Tapi harganya varies. Haa, tu memerlukan good negotiation skills lah untuk dapat harga murah.

Hee. Besh! Malamnya makan2 ngn sis and tunang die. di Barakah Pattani Tomyam. Cedap. I makan 2x order oke! Jangan ingat I kurus (people selalu ckap..tp i rasa x kurus pon.biase jek) I x makan banyak yep. :P

Hm, throughout three-day training, ktorg mmg fokus lah! Fokus sgt. Fokus pada makan. Em, yummy2! Tapi, food kt PNB Darby Park biase2 aje. And, u know what, dok ulang dessert yang sama tiap2 hari. I mean for the cakes and puddings. Because I'm the cakes and pudding lovers, but then, rasa sedikit kuciwa..sebab I am expecting to have different cakes daily!

Well well well. Basically, lebih kurang ginilah intipati training ku. Actually bukan me sorang yang *bosa_*, tapi rasanya semua kot. keh keh keh. Tapi nak wat cane kan.. We can't really help ourself. We tried to pay attention, but couldn't! Huk2.

Oh, dah kol 2pm+..Mau siap2.. Jap g mau relaxkan diri di spa.. :)

Hotel review: Intercontinental~

Hi peeps~ Yeah, I'm back online. Wawee. It's been ages since i last online. Opss, really? Haha.

Oh, btw, I was on business trip last few days. Attending course for my career advancement. :) Semoga cepat2 pandai. cepat2 leh naik pangkat. amin. I did bring my lappy but then cannot connect to internet at the hotel. Grrr. Due to technical error. So penat je kan me bawak my lappy there. And wifi lak kene charge. Opkos malas la nk online thru lappy cani. Isk2.

Hm, about the hotel.. Nice. Very nice. Located at the heart of KL. Within easy reach of Kuala Lumpur City Center and the Ampang Park LRT Station. It's InterContinental Kuala Lumpur!

5-star hotel. One and only in Malaysia. Oke lah, for me, sama taraf and sama best ngan Mandarin Oriental la.. But, MO lg best sket..5% lebih kot.kui2. Why? Sebab kat MO dapat local fruit with its description dan diletak lam bekas yang comei. *rase cam i ni ala2 tourist gitu u~ :P*

Bilikku..Katilnye.superb!

Compared to Intercontinental, takde la buah2. tapi everynite akan dapat goodnite card. Hee. Mentioned about point of attractions in Msia. *pheew, pon makes me feel like i'm a tourist~* Hee. Nice kan?

And, yang paling bestnya lagi..bile time menginap kat hotel2 ni..time ni la me ajak my sis accompany me. ala2 ktorg tgh on holidays la ni.hik2. Hm, bile me menginap kat any hotel, perkara yang me paling2 me utamakan adalah 1) katil; 2) toilet. Katil kat IC and MO sama aje standard nye..so, me love both katils!!

Bagus kan me, time outstation cani la nak menyebarkan virus gembira and virus sharing pada my sis. Yelah, bila me outstation cani lah dengan dia2 skali dapat be with me kat hotel. at least takde la me alone terkelip2 lam bilik hotel sorg2 kan. Hee. :P

O-group with CDM Mai~

Ngee, ape kaba u all? Sihat? Happy tak dengan hidup u all skrg? Ade perubahan pape, or just sama aje..tahun ni sama..tahun lepas pon sama? Opss. taknak la macam tu kan.. Bosan la if hidup sama jek. Orang panggil monotonous nye life kn. Ehe :P

Eh, btw, kalo korang nak tau, malam tadi me ade O-group ngan my top leader from KL. Sape die? Ehe, CDM Maisarah Ibrahim. But I normally called her K.Mai..

Very down-to-earth. Sangat! Walopon sekarang ni with her joining into this biz and alhamdulillah, sekarang telahpon menggenggam income 5-figures tebal (>RM50K) monthly! But, still, very down-to-earth! Friendly and tak rasa gap or takut nk approach.

Amik peluang jumpa K.Mai time me ke JPO tempoh hari. :)

FYI, actually K.Mai ni ex-engineer at Perbadanan Putrajaya. Hm, and, if korang nak tau gak, jalanraya PLUS yang kite dok guna2 tu, actually project under K.Mai lah..and now, memang dah quit her job and full-time businesswoman. with PB!

K.Mai ni kecik je orangnye..tp auranya..semangatnya..kuat!!terbakarrr..

Ok, talk about O-group..Hm, what is O-group actually? It is more like a biz info sharing session between leaders to their biz partners. Every session will talk about different topics. O-group ni actually mcm kelas la senang kata. Masa ni la leader betol2 dekat dgn kite. Segala apa masalah kita dia akan selami. Tadi dr 830-1130 masa jalan laju gile je rasa..khusyuk je dengar k.mai cakap..
Memang aura k.mai sgt kuat..nasib baik tak melopong je mulut aku. haha.

Ouch, teringat about something that people always said to me, "susah la nak buat biz ni..i tak pandai..tak pandai nk promote..tak pandai nk jual..tak pandai nk itu..tak pandai nk ini..tak pandai lah!".. Ohh, tak pandai ke? Ala u all ni..benda kecik pon nk diperbesarkan..isk2. Leader2 ni la akan ajar kita..ajar segala bagai..banyak yang dah ku pelajari sepanjang join this biz.

And guys, believe me, actually masa me join this biz, me ngaku yang me totally zero knowledge in biz. seriously! memang totally zero. Tapi alhamdulillah dipertemukan dgn biz yang betol, kumpulan yang betol, leader yang sgt2 supportive, alhamdulillah, me dapat beri nilai tambah pd diri sdri. :)
